Franziska runs around with her trusty whip at all times. She is not shy about using it. However, I don't want to attack people without discussing it first.

In canon, Franziska whipping people is generally played as a joke. If she whips you, it's likely in your direction as a threat, or just close enough that you need to get out of her way. I'll let you know very specifically if she's actually trying to hit you.

Please let me know any issues! Either if you don't want me to hit your character, or if this will lead to a bigger confrontation that we might need to hash out in advance.
